Automatic fields can not be added to form templates

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a form template
  2. Create a form type
  3. Add some automatic fields to the form template
  4. Update (change) the template of the created form type to the updated version.

The automatic fields are not working (they are filled in with 0) in both the existing and newly filled forms.

Proposed solution

When changing the template create FormFields and FormFieldValues for the new automatic fields.
