Creating a new report

Reports are always associated to one asset and to be able to create a new report you need to have the 'Create reports' permission to this asset. After you have selected the asset for the report, go to the 'Reports' menu and click on the 'Types' link. You should now see a listing of report categories and report types that you have created earlier.

Click on the type of the report you want to create and then on the 'Create' link that appears next to the type. This will take you to the report creation form. Fill in the values and click on the 'Create' button. If you have filled all the necessary values, you will now see the preview of the filled report.

You can download the report in OpenDocument format by 'clicking on the 'Download' link.
